Here are Black Hat Cybersecurity tool unveiled during the back hat 2024 conference.
SentinelOne’s Singularity MDR (Managed Detection and Response) is now generally available, providing end-to-end managed protection across the entire enterprise environment on a 24/7 basis. This platform leverages the company’s Vigilance MDR offering, WatchTower threat hunting service and DFIR (Digital Forensics and Incident Response) services. Singularity MDR aims to deliver comprehensive protection, ensuring that enterprises are well-defended against cyber threats at all times.
Check Point introduced its new Harmony DLP (Data Loss Prevention) service, extending its data loss prevention capabilities to endpoints. Harmony data loss prevention is distinguished by its ability to analyze unstructured data for sensitive content and risks in addition to structured data.
This service aims to maximize the benefit and minimize risks as organizations implement and embrace new AI solutions. Additionally, Check Point unveiled enhancements to its Infinity ThreatCloud AI system, including the new ThreatCloud Graph engine for improved threat prevention and capabilities for discovering and assessing generative AI usage across organizations.
Huntress unveiled its new managed SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) offering, designed as a less-complicated and more-affordable alternative for managed service providers and their small and mid size business customers.
This solution utilizes efficient data collection and retention techniques to keep costs predictable and minimal, which is crucial for service providers. The managed security information and event management allows for significant data reduction by eliminating information with little to no security relevance, ensuring that the focus remains on critical security data.
Arctic Wolf announced the availability of its Cyber JumpStart Portal, a comprehensive suite of Black Hat Cybersecurity tool designed to identify gaps in cybersecurity readiness and provide insights to reduce cyber risk and improve insurability. Initially debuted in 2023, the Cyber JumpStart Portal now supports a worldwide network of authorized insurance broker and carrier partners, offering a valuable resource for organizations looking to enhance their cybersecurity posture.
Tenable introduced additional “context-driven” features for its Vulnerability Intelligence and Exposure Response capabilities. These features, offered within the Tenable Vulnerability Management tool and the Tenable One and Tenable Cloud Security platforms, provide contextualization of vulnerability data from both internal and external sources. This allows organizations to prioritize and respond to the exposures that pose the greatest risks to their businesses, ensuring a more focused and effective approach to vulnerability management.
